Hi – I’m Melinda VanKirk – Yogi, Artist, Coach, and Healer

As a Yoga Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner and Art Teacher, I’m passionate about helping you transform your life for total Mind, Body, and Spiritual Wellness.

You have the power to improve your health through mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical awakening.  Find balance, reduce stress, and relieve anxiety.  Reconnect with your body.   No one knows your body better than you – I can help you tap into your inner wisdom.

Announcements

Living Inspiration Tribe pilot group is up and running!  Next round starts August 23rd. This program is a total mind and body transformation designed to help you ease into balance through habit building and body evolution, centered around the wisdom of Ayurveda. 

Backyard Hatha Yoga classes are happening now!!  Monday evening at 5:30, and Friday 9 a.m. classes are available for those who are local.  It is truly magical practicing yoga in the outdoors!

Vinyasa Flow – 60 minute all-levels Vinyasa Yoga class, Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. at Mat Happy Yoga.  Sign up on their website, or through MindBody App.

Reiki and Restore Yoga –  New class options coming soon!  Be on the lookout for announcements in our weekly emails.

Mid-day Movement –  Class is no longer availalbe

Come Together, Create Together Art Party – no classes currently scheduled.
